By accessing or using the INFAMOUS website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Prices at the time of your order confirmation are final.

Product images are for illustrative purposes. Slight variations in colour may occur due to monitor settings and lighting conditions during photography.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided and that the information you submit is accurate.

We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), net banking, and EMI options on selected cards.

INFAMOUS reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion — including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

We deliver pan-India. Estimated delivery times are 3–5 business days for metro cities (standard) and 5–7 business days for Tier 2 & 3 cities. These are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout. Free shipping thresholds may apply to qualifying orders.

INFAMOUS is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, email returns@infamous.co with your order number. We will provide a prepaid return label within 1 business day.

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item and are issued to the original payment method.

For exchanges, specify your desired size in your return email and we will ship the replacement once the original item is received and inspected.

All content on this website — including but not limited to logos, images, text, graphics, and product designs — is the exclusive property of INFAMOUS and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for any commercial purpose without our written permission.

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to access systems or data you are not authorised to access.

Any content you submit (such as reviews or messages) must not be defamatory, offensive, or infringing on third-party rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, INFAMOUS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
